This is the beginning of our Bakery Launch Events for the New Year
We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming guest bakers on to SB May in the new year!
The first session is on Sunday 18th January 2026 with Holly and Gaby from The Bread Bench based at Cradle in Sudbury
They’re coming to hold a special Bread Workshop onboard from 10.00 to 14.30
at a cost of £85

The workshop will focus on the bread making process to include learning basic bread science and techniques, along with making Sourdough Focaccia, Quick and Easy Soft Rolls, Sourdough Discard Crackers and Sourdough Discard Grissini. Also if you’re already a bread maker there’ll be a troubleshooting and tips included in the session
Details of what to bring including an empty jar for your starter culture and a large bag to take your bakes home are on their booking page!!
