We'll have two running circuits available: 5K and 10K, so you can choose your challenge.

Event Itinerary

• 6:00 AM – Gathering
• 6:05 – 6:10 AM – Warm-up
• 6:15 AM – Run Starts
• 6:40 AM – Group 1 returns (5K)
• 7:10 AM – Group 2 returns (10K)
• 7:15 AM – Breathwork Session
• 7:30 AM – Ice Bath Experience begins
• 8:30 AM – Closing of the Event
