All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by the venue or performer.
In the case of a cancellation, ticket holders will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact us within 7 days of the announcement for a refund request.
