The Golden Farm Mini Fest is almost upon us! 3 days of family packed fun, entertainment and prizes.
From Friday 29th till Sunday 31st August we have organised an array of activities and live music as a way to say thank you to all our wonderful customers for not only for the amazing support over the last 5 months but, also just for being the fantastic community that you are!
All families, grown-ups and beloved 4-legged friends are welcome…even your parrot. If they’re a part of your family, then they’re a part of ours.
FRIDAY 29TH AUGUST
- Charity Pub Quiz (start 7.00pm)
Register your team ahead of time or on the night. Each team can be composed of a maximum of 6 people. £20 entry per team and no limit to the number of teams that can participate. Free nibbles/snacks for each team.
Prizes:
1st place: Free Sunday roast for each team members or £20 voucher (T&C applies).
2nd place: £10 voucher (T&C applies) for each team member.
3rd place: Free Drink (T&C applies).
All profits to go to Air Ambulance UK charity.
- Meat Raffle (to be held during the quiz break (approximately 8.00pm))
Tickets can be purchased from the pub or, if you can’t make it in beforehand, they can be purchased by sending an enquiry to:
dGhlZ29sZGVuZmFybXB1YiB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t. Tickets are available from now until Friday 29th 7pm. £2.00 per ticket and for each ticket 0.50p will be donated to Air ambulance charity. There will be variety of products and prizes to be won, supplied locally by OINK! Butchery and the Golden Farm.
Prizes will range from family hampers to joints of meat, steaks and everything in-between. Supplementary bonus prizes will be announced prior to commencement.
SATURDAY 30TH AUGUST
- Live sets from "DJ Jigz" and "Malovelent Force” (Jay & Cyrus) from approximately 3:00pm 'till late.
- The BBQ will be lit and we’ve prebooked the sun all you have to do is enjoy yourself.
SUNDAY 31ST AUGUST
- Live close up magic, balloon making from the amazing Merlin the Magician. Fun for families and kids of all ages. Merlin promises to deliver hours of laughter, wonder and amazement. From 1300, Merlin will be entertaining diners at their table, performing close-up magic and much, much more.
Book your table early to avoid disappointment. In the interest of fairness and to allow all our diners to experience this magical experience, tables inside will be limited to a 1 hr slot.
