Eek! Mark your calendars for our September Fall Into Fitness Event and the The Rookery Activity Center Wellness Fair! On Saturday Sept. 20th, JOIN US to launch the hottest new releases from Les Mills for all SEVEN of our programs! We will have a presenter from Les Mills kicking things off with BodyPump along with Endurance Fitness Instructors bringing the energy! Classes will be Express format, so you will get a chance to try them all! In between classes, stop by vendor booths, connect with friends and check out the membership specials offered. You are not going to want to miss this! This is a FREE EVENT and open to all!
