Class Details: Looking for a strength class that is as effective as it is fun? Spoke’s bootcamp class is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on high reps and low weights to maximize toning and increase strength. Exercises alternate between weights and cardio and each day focuses on different muscle groups to achieve the hustler results and minimize risk of injuries!
