Location: Nick's Party Barn located at 95 Hotchkiss Rd., Churchville, Virginia
Hotchkiss Rd. is on right, just after the Churchville Elementary School and Library on the left. You've gone too far if you pass St. James UMC. Entrance turn is less than 2/10 mile from Churchville Ave. (Rt. 250). It should be easy to find. Nick will have a lighted road sign at the lane entrance.

Ice, tea, water, and lemonade provided. Other beverages: Bring your own.
Cups, cutlery, plates will be provided.
Chairs and tables will be provided, but if you prefer, lawn chairs are welcome.
A tip jar will be available to cover any expenses.
Location: will be in afternoon shade. Lights, DJ music (some oldies), trash cans, and clean port-a-potties will be available in a nearby area but away from the crowd.
Inside location will be available should bad weather be expected.
Plenty of parking in mowed field. Site transportation provided for anyone who has mobility issues. Personal delivery will be near the tables and chairs in the party area.

Scheduled Tour of Fort Defiance High School is Sept 5 at 3:30 pm. We will meet at the school office. Please respond to so we can get a count so we may assure we have enough tour guides.

Football game is away at Clark County that weekend. School has changed a lot since we graced those halls.
