Horse Creek Trail Ride and Camp at the Overlook

Hey Everyone, I am planning to take a ride up the Horse Creek ORV trail to the Overlook Sunday and camp for the night. If you don't wanna camp, just join us for the ride. Primitive camping, with room for about 5-6 rigs to camp at the over look. Plan to meet at the Shell Station on 107 (Beside the Dollar General) at 1:00pm. It is a fun, rocky, and narrow trail, with a couple water crossings and one pretty decent shelf towards the top of the trail ( you can bypass the shelf) I would suggest 4x4 and a winch for the trail. I wouldn't consider it a stock friendly trail, but I have seen plenty of stock pick up trucks and Jeeps on the trail, so you decide. If you are worried about scratches on your rig. This isn't for you. I'll bring plenty of firewood. So bring some snacks, drinks, your camping gear and I'll See ya there. Again you don't have to camp if you wanna just come a long for the ride. Great view at the top. Deffinantly worth the rocky ride up!
