Kia ora māmā, pāpā, pēpi, and whānau, as part of our weekly Ūkaipō group, we warmly welcome you to join us for this special session. It’s open to all whānau and designed to support you in feeling prepared and confident during emergencies.

• Hands-on infant CPR training
• Techniques for managing choking and airway issues
• First aid for burns, falls, allergic reactions, and more
• Practical strategies to remain calm in urgent situations
