All ages and abilities are welcome at these session times.
All skaters who are on the ice must wear a helmet.
Gloves, shin and shoulder protective gear is also highly recommended.
No slap-shots, or shots from above the knee.
No gear? You can rent the following from Alpine for the session:
Rental skates, $4
Sticks can be hired too for $5 but are limited on what is available
Helmets can be hired $4 (please note these are just a basic bicycle helmet, not a hockey helmet)
Pucks, $5.50 each (yours to purchase and keep)
