SomatoEmotional Release Level 1
In SER1 you’ll explore how to become a neutral, non-judgmental facilitator in another person’s healing process. Using curiosity, openness, and imagery, you’ll learn to support clients as they become more mindful of their body-mind-spirit and access deep self-healing resources.
Through hands-on practice and guided exercises, you’ll gain insight into the physiological and psycho-emotional mechanisms of disease, and discover how SER can enhance the results of CranioSacral Therapy and other complementary approaches.
