Postnatal core repair course for new mums

Thursdays 10.15am for 45mins

Starts 8th Jan for 6 weeks £60

Join me to heal the damage done to your tummy muscles and pelvic organs during pregnancy and childbirth.

Particularly helpful for mums suffering with Diastasis Recti, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence and back/hip pain.

Babies are always welcome.
