Diwali Celebration - Craft Session at Papanui LIbrary

Join us in the joyous celebration of Diwali, the festival of lights, by creating these beautiful flower-shaped lamps which you could use to decorate your home. In the Indian culture, these lights celebrate the spiritual victory of light over darkness and good over evil.
