CHILLAX - Low impact fusion exercise group

Chillax has a new time! Wednesdays at 6pm!

Come and check out this wonderful offering for cancer clients and their support people - a fusion of tai chi, yoga, pilates, stretch and relaxation - all at a slow controlled pace designed to soothe your mind and gently mobilise your body.

Held weekly, Wednesdays 6pm at the Canterbury Cancer Centre, 74 Langdons Road, Papanui, Christchurch. $12 per class to be paid to the facilitator.
