✨ Eight Core Methods of Tai Chi
(Ward Off 🙌, Rollback 🔄, Press ➡️, Push 🤲, Pluck 🌿, Split ✂️, Elbow 💪, and Shoulder 🤝): learn how each technique teaches you to redirect pressure, maintain your balance, and open energy flow.
✨ Five Foundational Stances
🐎 Horse Stance • 🎯 Bow Stance • 🐾 Crouching/Drop Stance • 🐈 Empty/Cat Stance • ✨ Rest or Cross Stance
These stances flow together in the Wu Bu Quan (Five-Step Form) — a short but impactful sequence ⏱️ that can be performed in under 30 seconds, yet holds powerful benefits for balance and grounding 🌱.
