Once you have a solid base of strength and control with your handstand, it's time to take it to the next level! Learning how to consistently balance, how to make shapes and how to press can be great ways to progress your handstand training.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who is has been training their handstand for a while, is confident upside down, or has a freestanding handstand.
In this workshop we'll be covering:
Spaces will be limited to ensure each participant gets plenty of one on one coaching.
Pre-requisites: Participants must feel super comfortable in a vertical chest to wall hold for at least 30 seconds, and already be working towards a freestanding handstand.
Taught by Strength and Conditioning Coach, Verity Bradford
About the coach: Verity has been teaching handstands since 2014 and started training them in 2012. Over the years she's developed a deep knowledge of how to teach handstands to adults, a skill she believes anyone can achieve with the right coaching. She also trains and performs aerial hoop, and enjoys spinning fire.
