Wisewoman - Menopausal Calm

During menopause, we can feel different, discombobulated and overwhelmed. Sleep can be disrupted, and we may struggle with low mood. In this session,n we will be working with our herbal allies of oatstraw, valerian and lime blossom as well as making aromastix. We will be continuing on our shamanic journeying adventures with the gong as an ally and, of course, wild woman drumming.
This workshop will be for two and a half hours and each session will include discussion, herbal wisdom, sacred journey work, and drumming. the cost is £22, payable via PayPal. This includes comprehensive emailed handouts.
