Join Tracey for a deeply grounding and meditative Yin Yoga workshop that explores the mandala of the body — a circular journey through the hips, pelvis, and torso. Inspired by the ancient symbolism of the mandala as a representation of wholeness, balance, and the sacred centre.
This practice will guide you through a thoughtful sequence that circumnavigates the body, encouraging awareness, stillness, and inner connection.
In this workshop we will move 360° around the mat, pausing in long-held, floor-based postures that target the deep connective tissues of the hips, lower back, side body, and core. Each shape invites an opening — not just into physical sensation, but into the quiet, contemplative space within.
What to expect:
*A slow, intentional sequence comprising of a selection of yin yoga postures
*Breath work, Meditation and Mudra
*Emphasis on releasing into the yin tissues: fascia, ligaments, joints
*Opportunities to explore stillness, breath, and mindful transitions
*Gentle somatic cues and modifications
*An invitation to return to your centre, both physically and energetically
