FREE Community Self Defence & First Aid Event

Here at Next Level Personal Protection we have decided to give back to the Chorley community with a FREE Self Defence and First Aid workshop. We will cover topics such as UK laws surrounding self defence, Awareness, the Do's & Don'ts and some awesome protective techniques of physical intervention. We will also be covering basic first aid training including CPR/ DEFIB, Secondary Survey, Recovery Position, Choking, and Catastrophic Bleed Mangement.
This is a Free event however we will be taking donations and running a raffle with all donations going to Derian House.
Adult, Teens and Children Welcome.
