Ecstatic Dance

This Tuesday at The Harmony Hub. The ecstatic dance session from 12pm-1pm

We move through different music, between slower and upbeat. In dance it is a time to get to know yourself on a deeper, more soulful level. You may experience those ecstatic states (these usually come with plenty practice)
You don’t need to be able to dance in the conventional sense, this is totally free flowing movement, no judgement or comparisons, just work with and respect your bodies capabilities. This type of movement is medicine for the body. We will then go into relaxation with drumming at the end. This stillness is the medicine for the mind.
It may be that you just want to try something new and fun, you’re more than welcome to come along it’s open to all. Just please message me so I know numbers, and I look forward to dancing with you.
