This Sunday is our first open afternoon! We’re starting from scratch so please keep expectations low but we will bring tea & biscuits. It would be lovely to meet you if you fancy coming down to help us clear brambles/dig up dock/eat biscuits! :)
We're a bit hard to find at the moment because of the closed footpath so please have a look at our Facebook page and the map of the path diversion.
Bring your own tools and gardening gloves if you have them!
Wrap up warm and wear wellies or walking boots if you can.
In future the tasks will get more 'exciting' and we can do some planting (and hopefully harvesting) but for now we need to clear the land of docks, brambles, Himalayan balsam and mares tail, and prepare areas so we can build some infrastructure (shed, compost bins, etc.).
You can turn up at any point within the 3 hour slot and stay for as long as you like :)
Stay in the loop for updates and never miss a thing. Are you interested?
