Re-awakening the Child of Joy Within with EFT
Within each of us lives the Inner Child, the part that once knew joy, curiosity, spontaneity and creativity. Whether this child was welcomed or even at times wounded, seen or not, their feelings still shape our adult lives.
By honouring and tending to this Inner Child we open the doorway to healing, and to the return of natural joy. As the festive season approaches, reconnecting with these positive emotions can bring warmth, ease and a softer experience of this time of year.
In this heart-centred workshop, using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Heart Energy Repatterning, we will:
