The Salt Path

The Salt Path is a 2018 memoir, nature, and travel book by Raynor Winn. It details the long-distance walk along the South West Coast Path, in South West England, by Winn and her husband, Moth, after they (allegedly!!!) lost their home, and Moth was diagnosed with fatal corticobasal degeneration (CBD). We’ve left this in, it’s still a good read and there is plenty to discuss about recent revelations!
