In the current context, characterized by geopolitical transformations, technological advancements, and socio-economic challenges, the need for a rigorous analysis of political and administrative processes becomes increasingly evident. Recent developments in the Republic of Moldova and the region highlight the importance of strengthening democratic institutions, improving public administration efficiency, and promoting sustainable public policies. At the same time, European integration and international cooperation require strategic adaptations in governance and foreign policy.
The Faculty of International Relations, Political and Administrative Sciences of Moldova State University is pleased to invite the academic community, experts in political and administrative sciences, public administration representatives, politicians, and civil society members to the International Scientific Conference „Political and Administrative Science: Contemporary Challenges and Strategic Approaches.” The event is organized to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the faculty’s establishment and will take place in Chișinău, in October 2025.
Main topics
The conference aims to serve as a platform for discussions and experience-sharing on essential topics including but not limited to:
Administrative modernization and good governance
Europeanization and democracy consolidation
Governance, leadership, and political participation
International relations and security
Participants and Contributions
Contributions are expected from researchers, university professors, doctoral students, public officials, experts from NGOs, and international organizations. Papers presented at the conference will be reviewed and included in a scientific volume.
