Fostering Students’ Motivation

👩‍🏫This professional development session will equip teachers with a wide range of motivating activities allowing students to practice English language skills.

🎯During the session participants will focus on practical and classroom-ready activities for:
building supportive community in the classroom, giving differentiated instructions to meet students’ needs and involving students in collaborative learning, PBL and game activities

✅The session will touch upon:
• motivation factors such as confidence, relatedness, competence, satisfaction, attention, relevance,
autonomy and importance of growth mindset for learners
• relevance of learner’s needs analysis with the help of a survey, allowing differentiated instructions ensured by classroom community
