Whether you’re rolling out your mat for the very first time or you’ve been practicing for years, this workshop is your chance to revisit the foundations of yoga with fresh eyes.

We’ll break down key poses, alignment tips, breathwork, and transitions in a way that’s easy to follow, while still offering depth and new insights for experienced practitioners. Think of it as pressing the reset button for your practice—clarity, confidence, and connection on (and off) the mat.

Expect a blend of movement, education, and lighthearted fun. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and inspired—ready to flow into your practice with strength and ease.
