Feb. 8 Chakra Channel Painting

After grounding and a guided Chakra meditation & activation assisted by sound frequency, we will create an acrylic painting on a 12" x 4" canvas as a reminder of the 7 most common energy centers in the human body, all of which correlate to color frequency, as well.

Light refreshments will be offered; feel free to bring a N/A beverage of choice if you wish, dress accordingly for painting.
