Deep release breathwork with sound
Come and experience deep breathwork and sound.
We allow you time to settle on your mat and unwind from your day, while I gently play the chakra singing bowls.
Then while you focus on your breathwork I guide you with the drum.
Finishing off with koshi chimes a time for you to just be and still the body and mind.
