Breathwork with sound

Come and allow yourself this time to relax the body and mind through breathwork.

You will be able to lay and relax to the chakra singing bowls to settle you, then focus on your breathwork while the drum beats .
Then finish with relaxation with the koshi chimes, before ree grouping, with hot drink and a snack along with Oracle cards.
