Eden Growth Sessions - Winter

Growth doesn’t usually feel hard because something is wrong.
It feels hard because it arrives before clarity does.

This Eden Growth Session is a small, facilitated conversation for early-stage trades and service-based business owners navigating growth, pressure, and leadership for the first time.

As businesses grow, responsibility often expands faster than structure. What once worked starts to strain - and much of that pressure quietly concentrates on the owner.

This session focuses on:

• recognizing early signals of strain as growth accelerates
• understanding where capacity is being stretched
• exploring what needs to shift so growth adds stability, not burnout

This is a facilitated conversation, not a workshop, presentation, or sales event.
There’s no advice-giving, fixing, or performance - just space to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity alongside peers navigating similar stages of growth.

You do not need to have attended a previous Eden Growth Session to join. Each session stands on its own.

Who This Session Is For

This session is designed for trades and service-based business owners in the early stages of growth - typically within the first few years of building.

Most participants are navigating similar realities: expanding responsibility, blurred roles, and leadership learned while still doing the work. The room is intentionally peer-based, not a wide mix of experience levels.

About the Winter Series

The Winter series includes three separate in-person sessions. One session has already taken place, and the remaining sessions are offered as standalone experiences.
