Indoor Exhibit Schedule
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 – Indoor exhibits entered through schools within Smyth County Public Schools must be submitted by the end of the school day. Entries submitted through Smyth County Public Schools will be returned to the respective school for distribution to students on Monday, September 29, 2025.
Thursday, September 25, 2025 @ Chilhowie Old High School
4 PM – 7 PM – Registration of indoor exhibits (except flower show exhibits).
Friday, September 26, 2025 @ Chilhowie Old High School
8 AM – 9 AM – Registration of flower show exhibits (enter at rear of building)
10 AM – 12 PM – Exhibit judging (doors closed)
12 PM – 5 PM – Exhibits open to the public
Saturday, September 27, 2025 @ Chilhowie Old High School
12 PM – 5 PM – Exhibits open to the public (following the parade)
Sunday, September 28, 2025 @ Chilhowie Old High School
12 PM – 4 PM – Exhibits open to the public
4 PM – 5 PM – Removal of indoor exhibits. Exhibits may NOT be removed before 4 PM.
