Diabetes Series

As the presence of diabetes grows it is important to make sure you are getting accurate information to best treat yourself. Join Holyoke Medical Center for this three-part series that is open to those with diabetes, those who care for a person with diabetes or those who just want to know more and offer support! Each class will be led by a nurse, a registered dietitian and a pharmacist. This series will have open discussions on defining diabetes, eating to control blood sugar and how to properly manage medication and lifestyle to allow you to lead a healthy, happy life. You must register in advance.
