Recovery Reimagined is an approach to addiction recovery utilizing many holistic methods such as: hypnosis, Reiki, EFT/tapping, breathwork, journaling, sound, and the support of community. It is one of empowerment, encouragement, and a return to true wholeness.
Holistic recovery is an invitation to remember who you are beneath it all, before life and addiction altered how you think and feel. Whether you are still in your addiction, new to recovery, been working your program for years, or you are a relative or friend affected by addiction, you are welcome here. Accept the invite, and we will meet you right where you are.
