October Branch Meeting & Souper Supper!

It's Souper Supper time! Our resident potter (and co-president) Jana Lawton will again bring her homemade soup bowls, which you can take home with your donation of $35 or more to AAUW Funds. Fill up on soup, bread, and cookies provided by our talented branch members (no purchase necessary). Please contact a board member if you'd like to donate some soup. We'll have cookies and bread too, so bring your appetite and your checkbook!

This month's guest speaker is Sondra Murphy. She is a local historian who will present "Yours for Equal Justice: Suffragist in the Big Pink House", the story of Annie Bidwell and her connection to the suffragists. It's a timely topic, especially now that we have a special election on the horizon.

We'll do some branch business and hand out door prizes too. Invite a guest and join us!
