Mindful Tea Meditation at monca

Join Brittany Blau, owner of Lagom Infusions for a Mindful Tea Meditation on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 9:30-10:30AM at monca 🪷

Begin your morning in the serene galleries of the Museum of Northern California Art—before the doors open to the public. Surrounded by inspiring works of art, you’ll be guided through a 50-minute mindfulness meditation, using the gentle ritual of tea to anchor you in the present moment 🫖

Each participant will have their own tea set to brew mindfully, experiencing how tea and meditation can enhance one another. This class is welcoming to all levels, whether you’re new to tea, meditation, or both.

Select your seating: a meditation cushion with a tea tray on the floor, a chair beside a table for brewing, or bring your own meditation cushion—teaware will be provided.
