Ready to take flight? This Intro to Aerial Hammock workshop is perfect for anyone curious about aerial arts and looking for a fun, supportive introduction — no prior experience required!
Led by Cherry Williams, this two-hour workshop will introduce you to the foundations of aerial hammock (also known as aerial sling). We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up and conditioning drills designed to help prepare both your body and mind for moving safely and confidently in the hammock. From there, you’ll learn basic wraps, shapes, and transitions, along with safe entries and exits.
You’ll explore foundational poses and finish by putting everything together into a beginner-friendly flow that highlights the unique feeling of aerial movement.
