ENTRY FEE: $2 PER ENTRY (CASH ONLY)
MAX 10 ENTRIES PER STUDENT
Registration table will be on 3rd Floor of Davis Hall
Complete registration form, pay fees at time of registration
MEDIA
All media accepted
All entries must have been produced under the auspices of the USAO Art Department
All entries must be ready to hang, framed appropriately.
Work with frames must have picture wire or hanging device.
Use craft tape or packaging tape.
DO NOT use masking tape or painters’ tape anywhere.
DO NOT use duct tape.
All entries must remain in the gallery for the duration of the show.
Command strips can be used on work that is matted only.
All sales are between artist and buyer.
TITLE CARDS
Note cards are provided, each student is responsible for completing note cards (legible).
Write legibly and include the following: Artist’s name, Title of work, Registration #, medium, and price.
Tape to the front of your work. Department will create title cards.

RELEASE
Submission of work into Holiday Show 2026 by entrant, grants permission for the use and reproduction of entrant's name and/or entered work for publicity and/or recruiting purposes by the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
