This four-course wine dinner features a range of wines from women-led paired with elevated food offerings from Offshore Rooftop's Executive Chef Ricky Amaya. ON THE MENU:
First Course

Maverick Ranches Sauvignon Blanc paired with Hamachi Crudo with Lemon and Tomatillo Ponzu, Green Apple, and Micro Cilantro

Second Course

Panthera Chardonnay paired with Seared Sea Scallops with Roasted Red Pepper Sofrito, Rutabaga, and Avocado

Third Course

Hess Shirtail Ranches Pinot Noir and Panthera Pinot Noir paired with Rosemary Smoked Lamb Chops with Red Chimichurri, Butter and Garlic Baby Bok Choy, and White Bean Puree

Fourth Course

Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Dark Chocolate and Espresso Pot de Crème with Graham Cracker Crumbles and Cherries
