Join art therapists from One Love Studio for a thoughtfully curated, hands-on Vision Board Workshop designed to help you slow down, reflect, and intentionally map out what you’re calling in this season of life.

This experience blends creative expression with gentle therapeutic guidance to support you in visualizing your goals. Whether they’re personal, professional, emotional, or simply about cultivating more joy and alignment.

All materials will be provided, including boards, magazines, scissors, glue, and art supplies. You’re also welcome to bring your own photos, quotes, or meaningful images to make your board feel even more personal.

This workshop is a good fit for anyone who wants to:

• Feel more grounded and motivated
• Use creativity as a tool for reflection
