Thanksgiving Healing Corner 2025

Please join us for our annual Thanksgiving Healing Corner on the southwest corner of Wilson & Sheridan next to Uptown Baptist Church! Volunteer Thanksgiving morning with us in passing out food to the homeless and those living in poverty from the community. We will be serving pastries, bananas, and fruit. We also need hot chocolate and coffee preferably boxes of joe from Dunkin Donuts that we transfer into igloos at the corner. Please bring gently used coats (washed) beforehand, new winter garments, and new socks.

If you would like to volunteer with us and want to bring something, please message our page and let us know what you plan to bring.

The Healing Corner is a community building event in which we pass out free food and resources while having an open dialogue with the community on the issues they face daily.
