Chicago’s seasons may be unpredictable, but one thing’s certain—it’s the perfect time to grab your sweater and camera for a creative photo walk! Whether the leaves have started to change or the city still feels like late summer, we’ll capture the beauty of the season together.

What to Expect:

• Meetup begins at 10:30 AM — the walk officially starts at 11:00 AM (with a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals)
• A relaxed walk through scenic Chicago spots
• Creative photo opportunities for all skill levels
• Fun games & activities with prizes
• A chance to meet and network with other photographers, creators & city lovers

What to Bring:

• Your camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or phone—whatever you shoot with!)
• A comfy sweater or jacket (weather can surprise us)
• A water bottle & small backpack for essentials
• Your best creative vibes

Whether you’re here to practice photography, connect with like-minded people, or just enjoy the city in cozy style, this event is for you. Come ready to snap, stroll, and make memories!

Where We Will Meet:

We’ll be kicking things off in front of The Field Museum (1400 S. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60605). on the Great Ivy Lawn — the wide open lawn and walkway area in front of the museum, before the main stairs. Note that we’ll be on the opposite side of Soldier Field, near the water taxis along the lakefront. To make it easy to spot us, we’ll be holding a sign that says ‘Snap and Walk’ . Look for the group with cameras and good vibes! Be sure to arrive about 15 minutes early so you don’t miss the start of the walk.
