Resolve to Evolve

As we prepare to hop into 2026, we will set intentions for the year ahead. Resolve to evolve into the person you aspire to be -- happier, healthier, and more at peace with yourself. The class will begin with a series of gentle stretches followed by simple movements focused on creating feelings of self-love, contentment, and positive anticipation of the coming year.

Brittany Newble will be leading the class. She is an animal lover, Zen/power trained 200-hour certified yoga instructor who enjoys teaching all levels.

All levels are welcome, ages 8+. Mats will be available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 9:00am.

*Please Note - A minimum of 6 signups will be required for the class to proceed as planned. We're sorry but no refunds/reschedules are allowed for any reason with less than 24 hours notice.
