PRAYER STUDIO

The practice is Scripture, silence, and stillness before God.
The environment is minimal and grounded.

No performance. No pressure.
Just a prepared space where prayer can unfold.

1:00 PM – Doors open. Light refreshments available as you settle in and prepare your mat.

1:15 PM – 2:15 PM – The Prayer Studio experience begins with a brief Scripture meditation, followed by 30 minutes of prayer. A brief reflection and closing prayer complete the hour.

Licensed ministerial support will be quietly available if needed.

Bring a personal Pilates or Exercise mat (8–12 mm recommended).

A prayer pillow is optional.

The Prayer Studio is for anyone seeking a quiet, prayer-centered environment—whether you're experienced in prayer or new to it. No prior experience required.
