Schedule - Thursday, October 23, 2025 — UPDATED 9.12.25
2:45-3:15 PM - set up (Torrey-Gray)
-Current students' set-up crew works with ITS to reset after the afternoon session ends;
-Alumni and current students get instruments and sheet music ready for a quick movement into place when ready. (Place instrument cases in Doane 101 and come wait quietly in TG rows during set-up.)
3:10-3:30 PM Move into place (Torrey-Gray)
Alumni and current orchestra members promptly get in place for rehearsal - when invited by Dr. Mattix.
3:30-4:55 pm Rehearsal (Torrey-Gray)
Full-band/orchestra rehearsal (including alumni) in Torrey-Gray
(Those not playing are invited to come to TG to listen quietly 😄)
5:00–6:15 pm Reunion Banquet & Program: (Culby 1)
55th Anniversary Reunion Banquet and Program (Culby 1)

Dismiss and prep for the evening session
7:00 pm: Evening Session (Torrey-Gray)
Main Evening session begins
(Reunion Band/Orchestra leading worship and playing special music)

Informal dessert reception (connect with friends, mix and mingle, etc.)
About 9:00 pm: back to Culby 1 banquet room for a catered dessert reception
