Lunar Ash Solo - Fall Equinox & Solar Eclipse - Music, Astrology, & Ritual

Come celebrate the convergence of two special celestial alignments: The ingress of the autumnal equinox, and the inception of the Solar Eclipse in Virgo!

For this rare experience, we will be gathering in the Sideshow Gallery backyard for a special treat of music, astrology, ritual and activation. Ash, the astrologer and teacher of Wayfinder will teach us the astronomy and astrology of the times and how we might creatively
utilize and integrate these energies in the cycle and phase ahead.

Ash will be giving a solo performance from her music project, Lunar Ash, songs and hymns filled with healing and mythological impulse. Throughout the performance we will prepare and make space for a collective ritual of cleansing and grounding for the path and fight ahead.

There will also be information on how to join and get involved in Chicago’s expansive movement community that is fighting against the reactionary right and building towards systems of care. Ash will share ways to develop a sustained practice of solidarity to different issues and struggles that are current and ongoing in our city.
