Kung Fu Open House — Northside Chicago

Looking for something more engaging than your usual fitness routine? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to try martial arts since you were a kid?

Come to our open house, see a kung fu class in action, and learn the fundamentals of how we train. Intro sessions will be running throughout the afternoon. All fitness levels welcome, no experience required.

We practice Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) kung fu, a martial art designed for close-quarters situations and real-world application. The system is efficient and direct, built around structure, timing, and adaptability. Training develops fighting ability quickly, with an emphasis on self-defense, relaxation under pressure, and focused attention.

Free to attend. Registration encouraged to reserve your spot for an intro. Walk-ins welcome.
