F45 DePaul’s Outdoor Endurance + Strength Class

Join us for F45 DePaul’s Outdoor Endurance + Strength Class on the Lincoln Common Plaza. A high-energy endurance and resistance bodyweight workout designed to make you move, sweat, and feel unstoppable. This session will kick off with dynamic warm-ups, push you through heart-pumping strength and cardio intervals, and finish with a cooldown.

This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.

This class is part of Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend.
