Every 1st Wednesdays Sound Bath

NOTE: September date is 9/10/25

Sound healing encourages cellular harmony within the body by facilitating a healing response to release pent up stress and tension.

While clearing and balancing the human energy field, the high frequency vibrations will create a more optimistic state of mind and wellbeing. Many experience deep relaxation, pleasant memories, and heightened awareness.

Each month will have a theme to reflect on during the meditation (ie. abundance, balance, surrender).

There will be some mats available, but please bring anything else that will make you feel cozy.
