Drypoint Workshop 1 - day Workshop

Learn the basics of this direct intaglio technique. We will work on metal & plastic plates to create expressive line based imagery. Learn the fundamentals of plate-making, use of drypoint tools, inking, etching press printing techniques. We will use oil based inks and learn about proper non-toxic clean-up techniques.

*All participants will also receive a free pass for 1 open studio session.

We have letterpress, etching press, and proof press, and a perfect binding machine, spiral binding machine (byo spirals), guillotine, various bookbinding hand tools, kingsley hot foil stamping machine.
