Join yoga instructor, Kelsey Howard for a 60-minute Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath.
Restorative Yoga postures are gentle and help build flexibility, increase circulation and aid in physical recovery from activities or workouts.
The sound vibrations from Crystal Singing Bowls help to reduce levels of stress hormones like cortisol, promoting relaxation and calming the mind & body.
Class is perfect for new & experienced yogis. Most postures will be performed seated or lying down. Come unwind, de-stress, and immerse yourself in this amazing sensory experience!
